This document notifies you that:
1. On 7 March 2011, an application for putting IGAR OFFICE FURNITURE (WGTN) LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
Its reference number is CIV-2011-485-408. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on Monday 18 April 2011 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
