This document notifies you that:
1. On 8 December 2010, an application for putting OCEAN ROCK SPECIALIST VEHICLES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2010-404-8014. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on
24 January 2011 at 10.30am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
