1. On 20 December 2010, an application for putting MAXWOOD HOMES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is CIV-2010-485-2551. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on Monday
21 March 2011 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
