Pursuant to section 52X of Part 4 of the Commerce
Act 1986 ("the Act"), the Commerce Commission
("the Commission") gives the following notice.
On 19 December 2011, the Commission made an amendment ("the Amendment") under section 52X of the Act to the Commerce Act (Gas Transmission Services
Input Methodologies) Determination 2010, Decision 744
("the Determination").
The Amendment corrects an error in the Commission’s determination of the applicable equity beta in clause 4.1.2(4) of the Determination, which should have been .79.
All other references to the appropriate equity beta are correct.
The Amendment is effective on the day following publication of notice of this determination in the
New Zealand Gazette.
A copy of the corrected determination is available on the Commission’s website at
www.comcom.govt.nz
and is available for inspection or purchase at the Commission’s offices.
