Pursuant to section 30M of the Telecommunications
Act 2001 ("the Act"), the Commerce Commission
("Commission") gives public notice that it has
released its standard terms determination in relation to
the following designated access service:
Chorus's Unbundled Copper Low Frequency Service (UCLF Service).
This decision will have effect from separation day as
that term is defined in the Telecommunications
(TSO, Broadband, and Other Matters) Amendment Act 2011.
