Pursuant to section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act 1989,
the Free-to-Air Code of Broadcasting Practice was reviewed and revised in 2009.
The new code took effect from 1 July 2009.
The published code has been available since 1 July 2009 from the Broadcasting Standards Authority, PO Box 9213, Wellington and available for download from
www.bsa.govt.nz
