Pursuant to section 79 of the Hazardous Substances and
New Organisms Act 1996 ("HSNO Act"), the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) gives notice that the LPG Association of New Zealand intends to apply for an amendment to the code of practice HSNOCOP 38 In-situ Filling of LPG Cylinders.
This code provides a means by which filling of cylinders by volume can be undertaken in-situ from a road tank wagon utilising an ullage or contents gauge.
