On 30 September 2011, the Commerce Commission, pursuant to section 94G of the Telecommunications Act 2001 ("the Act"), prepared a draft TSO cost calculation determination of the matters set out in section 94G of the Act for the TSO instrument for telecommunications relay services for the hearing impaired, for the period between
1 July 2010 and 30 June 2011.
Pursuant to section 94F of the Act, the Commission gives public notice of its draft determination.

The Commission gives public notice that the closing date for submissions on its draft determination is 14 October 2011.
