Pursuant to section 395(3) of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, the Director of Maritime New Zealand hereby notifies the granting of the following exemptions:
- 1 from Marine Protection Rule 200.19 - Offshore Installations - Discharges - Operations - Oil filtering equipment.
- 1 from Marine Protection Rule 200.20 - Offshore Installations - Discharges - Operations - Oil residue (sludge) tanks.
