Pursuant to section 79 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 ("HSNO Act"), the Environmental
Protection Authority (EPA) gives notice that it intends to apply for approval of the code of practice HSNOCOP 54 Non Refillable Containers for Butane.
The purpose of this code of practice is to provide standards for the design and construction of fittings for compressed gas cylinders.
