Pursuant to section 79 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 ("HSNO Act"), the Environmental
Risk Management Authority (ERMA) gives notice that Agcarm Incorporated intends to apply for approval of
the Code of Practice for Product Labelling & Documentation Code for Agricultural Compounds & Veterinary Medicines.
This incorporates amendments to the code developed by Agcarm Incorporated and sets out means for meeting the performance requirements for container labels to achieve compliance with the HSNO Act and its Regulations in respect of those crop protection products and veterinary medicines that are hazardous substances.
