Notice
1. (1) This notice is the Department of Conservation Otago Conservancy (Dunedin City) Fire Safety Margin Removal Notice 2011.
(2) This notice will come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. All that land forming the fire safety margin attached to State Areas set out in the First and Second Schedules to this notice is hereby excluded from the fire safety margin.
3. All that land forming the fire safety margin on any lands of the Crown within the meaning of section 176(1)(a) of
the Land Act 1948, and situated in the Dunedin City Council, as defined in a Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 13 June 1989, No. 99, at page 2421, is hereby excluded from the fire safety margin.
