1. Title, commencement, and principal notice-(1) This notice is the Authorised Futures Dealers Notice (No. 2) 2006 Amendment Notice 2011.
(2) This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
(3) This notice amends the Authorised Futures Dealers Notice (No. 2) 2006*.
2. Expiry date amended-Clause 1(3) of the Authorised Futures Dealers Notice (No. 2) 2006* is amended by omitting:
"30 April 2011"
and substituting:
"31 July 2011".
