Pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, Learning State Limited has been recognised as an industry training organisation with an extension of industry coverage with effect from the publication date of this notice to
11 April 2016, to set standards at Levels 1-8 on the
New Zealand Qualifications Framework for the local government and civil defence industry.
