Pursuant to section 30K of the Telecommunications Act 2001 ("the Act"), the Commerce Commission ("the Commission") gives public notice that it has released its draft standard terms determination in relation to the following designated access service:
Mobile termination access services (MTAS).
A copy of the draft determination for the MTAS can be found on the Commission’s website

The closing date for submissions to the Commission on the draft determination is 5.00pm on 7 February 2011.
The closing date for cross-submissions to the Commission
is 5.00pm on 17 February 2011.
