Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers
and managers of JATRA CORPORATION LIMITED on
3 February 2011 under the terms of a debenture dated the 13th day of October 1994 giving the holder a secured charge over the property of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's present and after-acquired property.
