Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 13 December 2011, Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed sole receiver and manager of the company under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 25th day of February 1998 charging all of the present and after-acquired property of the above-named company.
