Robert B. Walker, chartered accountant, and Gilbert Dale Chapman, insolvency practitioner, both of Auckland, were on 3 October 2011 appointed joint and several receivers of PARNELL PROPERTY INVESTMENTS LIMITED and ST STEPHENS INVESTMENTS LIMITED by Compark Properties Limited and Fifer Residential Limited, being the holders of a general security agreement dated the 7th day of April 2009 giving the holder a secured charge over the whole of the assets of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's present and after-acquired property.
