Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 7 December 2011, Tony Leonard Maginness and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of SEDGEBROOK ESTATE LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 18th day of April 2000, which property consists of all its present and after-acquired property.
