Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 23 November 2011, Craig Andrew Young and Raymond Gordon Burgess were appointed receivers and managers of all the above-named companies' present and after-acquired personal property and undertaking under agreements entered into on the 27th day of November 2007, the 17th day of December 2001 and the 8th day of April 2010 respectively.
