Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Income
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen Rex Tietjens and Peter Charles Chatfield, insolvency practitioners of Accru Smith Chilcott Limited, Level 5, 57 Fort Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that
on 23 November 2011, they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of all or any income of the land or any part hereof described in mortgage instrument 7767940.3 (Taranaki Land Registry) under the powers contained in the mortgage.
