as joint receivers of RONALD ROBERT LUNDY and
NICHOLAS RONALD LUNDY (trading as The Lundy Partnership RN) (in receivership) pursuant to the powers conferred in the general security agreement dated the 14th day of December 2007 in favour of Aorangi Securities Limited (in statutory management).
