Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 24 November 2011, Tony Leonard Maginness and Peri Micaela Finnigan, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of PANELROK NZ LIMITED under the powers contained in
a general security agreement dated the 23rd day of April 2009, which property consists of all the company’s present and after-acquired personal property.
