On 23 November 2011, we, Alistair Rickard King, of Wanaka, and Duncan Varnham Fea, of Queenstown, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of all the assets and undertaking of the above-named company pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 19th day of May 2008.
