Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that David Stuart Vance and Barry Phillip Jordan, chartered accountants of Wellington,
were appointed as receivers and managers of income on
17 November 2011 at 10.10am, in respect of the property at 136 Jackson Street, Petone, Wellington, being the land described in Computer Freehold Register WNB1/1414, pursuant to a memorandum of mortgage 6043043.3 dated the 15th day of June 2004.
