Notice of Termination of Receivership
Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole, of Level
11, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, were,
on 17 December 2009, appointed jointly and severally
to be receivers and managers of all of the property of
NEW ZEALAND SPORTS COMPLEX LIMITED and ROOFING WORLD LIMITED (both in receivership) under the provisions of general security agreements dated the
29th day of April 2004 and the 18th day of March 2008 respectively.
The appointments ceased with effect from 16 November 2011, the receivers and managers having realised all economically viable assets and returning control of the companies to the directors.
This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
