I advise that on 11 November 2011 at 9.00am, Dennis John Wood and Graeme Frederick Tapp, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the business and assets of UTOPIA HOLDINGS NZ LIMITED pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 21st day of July 2008 charging all of the present and after-acquired property of the company, and the business and assets of WAIWAWA TRUST pursuant to a first registered mortgage dated the 24th day of July 2008 charging all interest in the land of the trust.
