Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Maurice George Noone and John Howard Ross Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of the above-named entities on 20 December 2010 under the terms of security agreements giving the secured party security interests in all of the property, assets and undertaking of the entities.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the entities' property, assets and undertaking.
