the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 4 November 2011, Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of
all the assets and undertaking GOLDRIDGE ESTATE LIMITED and MATAKANA ESTATE LIMITED (both in receivership and in liquidation), such assets comprising winery plant and equipment and wine.
