Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, of PwC, were appointed as joint and several receivers of K G M KELLY TRUST on 7 November 2011 under the terms of a security agreement dated the 6th day of August 2010.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the trust’s present and after-acquired property.
