Take notice that TOTAL EDUCATION GROUP LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at care of Unit 7, 21 Bell Road South, Gracefield, Lower Hutt 5010, has been placed in receivership by the debenture holder on 4 November 2011.
Bruce Frederick McCullough, of Mpower Business Consultancy Limited, whose offices are at Unit 7, 21 Bell Road, South Gracefield, Lower Hutt 5010, is appointed as the receiver.
The property in receivership is all the present and
after-acquired property of the company secured by a
general security agreement over all secured moneys.
