Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Peter Esmond Farrell, of Rotorua, and Simon Paul Rogan, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the property of TOPOL INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in receivership) on 3 November 2011 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 11th day of May 2010.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's present and after-acquired personal property.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are at: Kelman & Co, 1110 Haupapa Street, Rotorua 3010.
