I advise that on 2 November 2011, Dennis John Wood, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed as receiver and manager of the following property of WEDDERBURN PROPERTIES LIMITED under the powers contained in a specific security agreement dated
the 1st day of March 2011:
- All present and after-acquired livestock and all born and unborn progeny of livestock (first collateral).
- All present and after-acquired goods which are derived from the first collateral including, without limitation, all carcasses, meat, milk, dairy products and other products and byproducts (second collateral).
- All present and after-acquired personal property that is proceeds of the first collateral and second collateral.
