David Bridgman and Colin McCloy, of PwC, were appointed joint and several receivers of HEALTH INNOVATIONS HOLDINGS LIMITED on 2 November 2011 under the terms of a security agreement giving the secured party a security interest in all of the assets and undertaking of the company.
