Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

We advise that on 27 October 2011, Boris van Delden and Tony Leonard Maginness, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as
receivers and managers of the property of CLOVELLY CONSOLIDATED LIMITED under the powers contained in a loan and general security agreement dated the 30th day of March 2011, which property consists of the secured property as defined in clause 8.1 of the loan and general security deed.
