Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Brendon James Gibson and Michael Peter Stiassny, hereby give notice that on 28 January 2011, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of
the assets and undertaking of the companies pursuant to
a general security deed dated the 27th day of April 2007.
