Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of DIRECT UNIFORM SUPPLIERS (2004) LIMITED on 19 October 2011 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 10th day of May 2005 giving the holder a secured charge over the whole of the assets
of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's present and after-acquired property.
