Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to sections 3(1) and 8(1) of the Receivership Act 1993, Peter William Byers
and Servaas Daniel Botha, chartered accountants, both
of Byers & Co Limited, 108 Kerikeri Road, Kerikeri, were appointed receivers of KERIKERI PARK MOTEL LIMITED.
The receivership commenced on 18 October 2011 at 8.31am.
