Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

On 31 January 2011, Stephen Rex Tietjens and Peter Charles Chatfield were appointed as joint and several receivers and managers of the property of the above-named company under the powers contained in a general security deed dated the 1st day of June 2006.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s real and personal property charged by the general security deed.
