Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Jennifer Ann Lee, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 12 October 2011, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property
of LIGHTHOUSE LODGE TRUSTEE LIMITED
(in liquidation) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 10th day of August 2006 which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property.
