Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 29 September 2011, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Arron Leslie Heath, chartered accountants, were appointed
joint and several receivers and managers of the property
of N-TECH LIMITED (in receivership), ST. LUCIA INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in receivership) and
TOTARA INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in receivership) under the terms of security agreements dated the 15th day
of July 2009.
The Property in Receivership is: All the companies' undertaking, property and assets.
