Notice of Resignation of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 35 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Andrew John McKay and John Joseph Cregten, chartered accountants of Corporate Finance Limited, Auckland, hereby give notice that we ceased to act as receivers and managers of the above-named partnership
on 3 August 2011, confirmed by an order of the High Court dated the 19th day of September 2011.
