Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 14 September 2011, Asteron Trust Services Limited appointed Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole, of Staples Rodway Limited, jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of the property contained in certificate of title GS112/53 (Gisborne Land Registry) under two term loan agreements dated the 24th day of January 2006 and a further term loan agreement dated the 1st day of August 2007.
