Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 16 September 2011, Boris van Delden and Roy Horrocks, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of NEW BREW 2003 LIMITED, under the powers contained in a general security deed dated the 6th day of March 2003, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property of the company and all present and future rights in relation to any personal property of the company as more particularly defined in the general security deed.
