Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Glenn Andrew Walker, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed as the receiver and manager of SITU 9 LIMITED on 9 September 2011 by BC Finance Limited under the terms of a general security agreement over all present and after-acquired property of EMECH CONTROL LIMITED dated and registered the 11th day of November 2008.
