Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 14 September 2011, John Michael Gilbert, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed receiver and manager of all present and after-acquired personal property and undertaking of the companies under a general security agreement entered into on the 12th day of December 2008.
