John Howard Ross Fisk and Malcolm Grant Hollis, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of the company on 13 September 2011 under the terms of security agreements dated the 29th day of May 2000, the 27th day of November 2000 and the 4th day of November 2004 respectively.
