On 9 September 2011, Patrick Dean Norris, insolvency practitioner of Norris Management Services Limited, Nelson, was appointed receiver of AUTOWORX (CAMBRIDGE) LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation), pursuant to powers conferred in a general security agreement dated the 8th day of September 2010 for all present and after-acquired personal property including all monies of the company.
