Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Income
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed receivers for the income of property
at 72 Tory Street, Wellington, being the land described
and comprised in Identifiers 360199, 360200, 360202 and 360212, pursuant to a memorandum of mortgage dated the 23rd day of November 2007, on 9 September 2011 at 10.00am.
