Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 7 September 2011, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Arron Leslie Heath, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers and managers of the property
of VIPOND INVESTMENTS LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 31st day of July 2008 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
